Hebei Provincial Museum

Introduction

The Hebei Provincial Museum contains a delightful mix of artifacts. The lower floors display temporary exhibits of local production. However there are also collections featuring more interesting pieces including a suit of armor in jade, a full terracotta army unearthed in a nearby tomb and a complete mammoth skull and tusk.
