Natural History Museum
The Natural History Museum, is in the southern part of Beijing in the Yongdingmen area. It is the largest museum of its kind in China and houses four halls each devoted to Botany, Zoology, Paleozoology and Paleoanthropology. This museum is particularly strong in its study and introduction to primitive man and prehistoric beasts. One of the most impressive exhibits is the dinosaur fossils, some of which make up a complete skeleton. In addition, visitors can learn more about China’s flora and aquatic life.
