Jet Spring, located in Baotu Spring Park is one of the most famous springs in Jinan. Surrounded by stone balustrades 3 columns of water spray out of the spring. The spring is a famous landmark of Jinan and was named the "First Spring Under Heaven" by Qing emperor Qianlong (1736-1795). There is also a memorial dedicated to the Jinan born poet Li Qingzhao (1084-1151) and several of her works are on display.
