Songyue Temple Pagoda is found 5km (3miles) northwest of Dengfeng, on the southwest foot of Mount Taishi. The pagoda was built in 520AD, and is the oldest Buddhist pagoda in China. The 45 meter (148ft) high pagoda is unique because it is a 12 sided structure.
